Attorney Nicholls has appeared before numerous
zoning hearing boards and planning commissions
since his admission to the Bar in 1970. He has
also served as Solicitor for different Boroughs,
Planning Commissions and Zoning Hearing Boards,
and is currently the Solicitor for the Borough
of Jermyn.
Attorney Nicholls has also appeared before the
Federal Bar and the Pennsylvania Superior and
Commonwealth Courts. |
